HomeFlow Pro

Live in about a day.

HomeFlow Pro is the marketing software Ironwood wrote for home and field service businesses. Search, social, website, reviews and CRM on one login — and a new business set up and running in about a day.

What it is, and who it is for

Ironwood wrote the HomeFlow Pro platform and runs it. It is not an agency reselling someone else’s tools.

It is built for pest, pool, lawn, HVAC, plumbing, roofing and the adjacent home and field service trades — the businesses that win work by being findable and answering the phone. PestFlow Pro is the pest vertical.

Search and AI visibility, social, blog, website and local presence, review management and CRM, in one place. homeflowpro.ai

Why a day and not a month

Because the platform is already built and already running. Setting up a new business is configuration, not construction: accounts connected, services and service area loaded, the site and the local listings pointed at the right place.

Nothing is written from scratch for a new client, so there is nothing to wait on.

The software

Four tiers, month to month

Self-serve. The customer logs into a dashboard and does their own SEO, social posting, blog, website updates and CRM. Ironwood does not do the work at these tiers — the customer does, with better tools than they had.

Starter
$149
per month
Growth
$249
per month
Pro
$349
per month
Elite
$499
per month

Elite adds the reporting digest — a recurring summary pulling social results, CRM activity and search performance into one message, so an owner who never opens the dashboard still gets their numbers. Elite also includes Remy.

Add-on

Remy answers the phone

Remy picks up when the client cannot — mid-job, after hours, or when the line is already busy. A call that would have rung out gets answered. She is live in production today.

Remy tells every caller she is an AI. It is the first thing she says, not a line buried in terms — and it is the answer to the question the caller was going to ask anyway.

Remy is an add-on, priced by tier for the first 100 minutes each month.

Starter
$100
first 100 minutes
Growth
$75
first 100 minutes
Pro
$50
first 100 minutes
Elite
Included
first 100 minutes

After the first 100 minutes, $0.25 a minute — the same rate at every tier. The add-on price falls as the tier rises, which is why at Elite it is simply part of the plan.

Managed

Or Ironwood does the work

$999

per month

Ironwood writes and publishes the content. Social posts and blog work, produced in the client’s voice, reviewed by a person, published on their accounts. The client watches it appear in the dashboard they already have.

It costs what it costs because it consumes human review time, permanently. Every piece of content is read and approved by a person before it publishes. That is the product.

Managed is capped at ten clients. That is not scarcity marketing; it is the honest limit of what one reviewer can hold, and we would rather say so than take an eleventh and do it badly.

Onboarding is billed once, separately.

How the work runs

What actually does the work

Nothing publishes until a person approves it. Every post, every page, every line written in a client’s voice is read by a human being before it goes out.

“AI marketing” is hard to picture, so here is the actual list. Each system has a job you can state in a sentence, and every one of them is running today. Nothing on this list is a roadmap.

These are Ironwood’s systems, not this product’s. The same team works across the whole firm — you are seeing the ones that work on marketing.

Works on your business

Juno
Content engine. Drafts posts, emails and video scripts in the client’s voice. Nothing publishes until a person approves it.
Remy
Answers the phone when the client cannot. Says she is an AI when she picks up.
Atlas
Search and AI visibility. Tracks how a business appears in search results and in AI answers, then writes the pages that close the gap.

Keeps the shop running

Mason
Build and ship. Turns an approved plan into working software and deploys it once every check has passed.
Warden
Guards credentials, access, and the wall between one client’s data and another.
Bedrock
Keeps the databases, pipelines and environments running underneath everything else.
Verity
The check. Every consequential decision goes in front of two independent systems. If they disagree, the work stops.

Work here starts with a conversation. Tell us about the business and we will show you what it looks like set up.

HomeFlow Pro is the software product of one of Ironwood Operations Group’s two divisions. Why a firm that runs its own businesses is the one selling this is on the about page. The product itself lives at homeflowpro.ai.
