We are operators. Ironwood runs its own businesses — the payroll, the reconciliation, the customer who has not paid — and sells the same systems that keep them running. Most firms advising small operators have never run one.

The proof is our own payroll on Friday

Ironwood operates HomeFlow Pro, Sideline Setups, Texas Pro Trailer Rentals and Playmakers Academy. It also keeps the books and does the CFO work for companies it does not own.

That means the reconciliation, the payroll run, the tax deadline and the customer who has not paid are not case studies to us. They are Tuesday.

None of it runs on goodwill. It runs on a team of AI assistants doing the parts nobody should be doing by hand, and a person checking the work before it goes anywhere.

Ironwood is new as a firm. We are not going to dress that up with a founding decade or a team page full of people who do not work here.

What is not new is the work. The systems we sell are the ones already running our own businesses, which is a harder test than a reference.
